CleanSpark, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLSK) is one of the U.S.-listed Bitcoin miners, primarily engaged in Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure development. It owns and operates power, land and data center assets in the U.S., deploying miners to validate Bitcoin network blocks and earn BTC block rewards and transaction fees. Its focus includes Bitcoin mining, data center operations, energy resource allocation and hashrate infrastructure expansion. In recent years it has increasingly emphasized the potential of its energy and data center assets for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure.
