Keel Infrastructure
Keel Infrastructure Corp. (Nasdaq / TSX: KEEL) is an infrastructure-focused data center and energy infrastructure developer and operator, providing compute and power infrastructure for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads. Formerly the Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd., it completed a redomicile to the U.S. (Delaware) in April 2026 and was renamed Keel Infrastructure, with its ticker changing from BITF to KEEL and headquarters in New York. Its focus has shifted from Bitcoin mining toward data center and energy infrastructure, with a disclosed development pipeline of roughly 2.2 GW across Pennsylvania, Washington and Quebec โ about 341 MW energized and operating, 430 MW with secured power agreements, and roughly 1.5 GW in application or evaluation. Keel is a useful example for observing miners transitioning to AI / HPC data center infrastructure.
